A major challenge facing archaeologists is the dissemination and preservation
of archaeological documentation.
We would like to help archaeologists and interested persons meet this challenge by publishing and distributing electronic manuscripts and software.
We are seeking submissions.
 | If you would like to distribute your publication or software
electronically as freeware (i.e., no charge to end users) we will
consider downloading or emailing
it to end users for free and at no cost to you, or
we may act as an intermediary, where we list the availability of your freeware
and how to contact you to obtain it directly. |
 | If you wish to charge for your publication or software, we will pay
you a very high royalty rate of 50% (net). |
 | a clearinghouse for archaeologically relevant electronic information and
software |
 | electronic publication of material that is not financially viable using
traditional publishing methods |
 | publication of new and of out of print archaeological material in digital form |
 | worldwide on-demand distribution |
 | the most comprehensive Web directory of all things archaeological |
We will electronically publish many different types of archaeological materials, old
or new, in print or out of print, including:

 | multimedia materials |
 | annual reports |
 | archival materials |

 | CRM/contract archaeology reports |

 | dissertations |
 | edited volumes |

We welcome inquiries regarding any type of archaeological material. We will consider
older archaeological materials that have never been published, never been published
electronically, or are out of print. Refer to our
Submission
Guidelines.

(PDF), the most widely used software for electronically published documents |
 | easier access to information due to the nature of digital documents such as
searchability and portability |
 | earn income by assigning digital rights |
 | publishing with us makes archaeological information widely available at
little to no production cost to you, and very low
purchase prices to buyers |
 | we will consider unsolicited works |
 | you may submit your work in any software format |
 | we will consider converting documents to
Adobe PDF format if not already done
by you
 | submitting your work in PDF format is recommended |

Please note that e-mail is akin to sending a postcard and your work may be
viewed or intercepted by others on its way to us. We expressly disclaim any
responsibility for lost or intercepted materials. If you do not wish to submit
your work over the Internet, submit material on 3½ diskettes, CD-ROM, or ZIP
disk via conventional postal services.
